Rims Powder coating, also known as powder coating or powder painting, is an industrial electrostatic process in which negatively charged powder particles are sprayed onto a positively charged workpiece using compressed air, causing the powder to stick to the workpiece, after which it is melted or baked in an oven at 180 degrees, the heat melts the powder into a coating film, making the coating very hard, scratch-resistant, impact-resistant and very durable when it cools.
Powder coating of rims is very popular, and is currently the strongest form of coating (paint) for rims. Powder coating provides a very durable protection against corrosion, and excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions, ideal for your winter rims you can drive through many winters without any problems, without the paint deteriorating.
Previously, powder coating hardly gave a smooth end result, so you usually saw a coarse orange effect in the paint (a light ribbed structure in the paint), so not a nice effect.
By using a special process and the latest technology, this orange effect is virtually invisible, making the coating look smoother and tighter, just like sprayed rims.

Use a jack to lift each wheel, release the handbrake or put the car in neutral. Spin the wheel quickly and check the inside (or sometimes outside) of the rim for straightness. Any distortion while spinning indicates a bent rim.
